We ship to U.S. addresses and select international
destinations. Delivery times vary by location and shipping option selected at
checkout.
Heritage Cosmetic is not responsible for delays caused by
shipping carriers, weather conditions, or customs processing for international
orders.

While we don't accept returns on cosmetics after shipping
for hygiene reasons, we're here to help with any issues.
Retailer Purchases
If you bought our products from a retail store, please
contact them directly for return or exchange assistance.
Canceling Orders
Need to cancel? No problem! You can cancel your order before
it's packed and staged for shipping.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your product arrives damaged or items are missing, please
contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and
clear photos of the damaged product(s).
